Globus Spirits gets SEBI nod for IPO

Globus Spirits proposes to modernise and expand its production facilities at Behror, Rajasthan and Samalkha, Haryana; develop and acquire IMFL brands; and revamp its storage and bottling capacity. The book running lead manager to the proposed issue is SREI Capital Markets Ltd. The company has already been assigned `CARE IPO Grade 3' by Credit Analysis and Research Ltd, a premier rating agency, reports The Hindu Business Line. |
