JSW Steel, the countrys third-largest steel maker, today said its second-quarter net profit rose 15.64 per cent to Rs 373.26 crore, compared to Rs 322.75 crore in the year-ago period. Net sales stood at Rs 5,908 crore, against Rs 4,729.67 crore a year earlier.
