In a bid to make Haryana eco-friendly, the state government has formulated a plan for mass production of bio-fuels from all kinds of biomass and organic waste. A Rs 1.83-crore plant will be set up at Hansi in Hisar district which will produce bio gas from animal waste. The plant will produce 1,000 cubic metre bio-gas and 3.96 tonne organic fertiliser daily, an official of Haryana Renewable Energy Development Agency said.
