In an interview to CNBC-TV18, UR Bhat MD, Dalton Capital Advisors said that the Budget is the key driver for the market in the near-term. Noting that there is no positive newsflow till Budget, Bhat is expecting the Nifty to top put at 5200 in the near-term.
